I loved my stay at Primo Piano, it was one minute from Piazza Navona, near the Pantheon, it is located super centrally in Rome. The room is very clean, no noise and the staff who work here are super friendly. Fabio was super kind, he recommended us the best restaurants, places to have coffee. I recommend it 100 percent!

Perfect location for walking around Rome! You can walk to Vatican City, Trastevere, and the Trevi fountain. The beds are comfy, the A/C is powerful. The only negative is the lack of warning about how many stairs you will have to walk up lol.

Rome was our first stop and the hotel was prefect for our 5 days stay. It is sufficiently equip with the comforts of home - mini fridge, water kettle etc. The best part is the hotel is literally a javelin throw away from Piazza Navona. Walk a like more, you are at the Pantheon. Vatican City is just across the Tiber River (10-15 mins walk). Our host (think the hotel is more like a mini airbnb operation without Airbnb) Fabio is n helpful in proving us with local tips eg list of his recommended cafes and restaurants, 2 beautiful churches which is not on the normal tourist itinerary. If you want, a cleaning team will make up your room each day. They are also very friendly and accommodating.Overall, an excellent place to stay to see the tourist sites in centre of old Rome.

Fabio was extremely hospitable and his rooms are perfect. We traveled with our two children and the room was spacious for us all. It was a perfect location.

Our first thought on the room was "incredible" but then changed quickly to "nice". The room was spacious for 2 people and we enjoyed our stay here.Pros:Very comfortable bed.The host was so friendly and drew a guide on a map for us.Mini fridge, kettle, coffee machine.Close to shops and attractions.Cons:Our bed was directly next to the bathroom of the neighbours apartment and could hear them going to the bathroom (thin walls).Shower could do with cleaning (spots of mould here and there). The walls needed touching with paint as it was peeling and cracking in most places.Third floor with no elevator which hurt most days.--Most tourist locations were not so far to walk, and shpps were nearby too.We would stay here again if we ever visited Rome but would also consider other options.

Amazing amazing host. As soon as we arrived, the host provided us with a list of some local restaurants ( not touristic ones ) where we wouldnât have to queue for hours and enjoy the most delicious food in Rome, the room was fully equipped, clean, the location of the hotel is perfect, walking distance to all monuments. Again, amazing host, definitely passing by Primo Piano again on my next trip to Rome đ thank you!

Right next to Piazza Navona is this very friendly, beautiful accommodation. The rooms are just like the pictures! Dear owner. We have been here several times and will sleep here again next time. A little difficulty: many stairs, no elevator.

Overall a decent stay - we arrived late and the instructions were initially not super clear (itâs not well signed). Luckily they did respond rather quickly to our phone call. It was up 6 stair cases and the elevator was broken (not their fault) so we were exhausted! Shared private room and bathroom with essentially no common area - just an entrance hallway. No seating in the room proper besides the bed. Did have kettle and coffee in the room. Comfortable bed and decent sleep! Very walkable to most of the big Rome sites and that is probably the highlight.
